WASHINGTON, Feb. 23 -- The Federal Communications Commission issued the following statement by Commissioner Mignon Clyburn on adopting the mobility fund order (Connect America Fund, WC Docket No. 10-90; Universal Service Reform - Mobility Fund, WT Docket No. 10-208):
