ST. PAUL, Minn., Feb. 23 -- St. Paul Public Schools issued the following news:
The four-year student graduation rates for Saint Paul Public Schools (SPPS) was 1.5 percentage points higher than 2015 with admirable results across both traditional and non-traditional secondary schools.
