HARKERS ISLAND, N.C., Feb. 23 -- The U.S. Department of the Interior's National Park Service issued the following news release:
Cape Lookout National Seashore opens a new fishing pier and refurbishes the Soundside Nature Trail, both of which improve accessibility for all park visitors.
