WASHINGTON, Jan. 20 -- Rep. Andy Biggs, R-Ariz., issued the following statement after the inauguration of President Donald J. Trump as the nation's 45th President:
"Today was the 58th Presidential Inauguration and the swearing in of our 45th President.
