NEW ORLEANS, Jan. 19 -- The Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas, a district bank in the Federal Home Loan Bank System, issued the following news release:
Situated near New Orleans' prominent Pontchartrain Expressway is a 100-year-old building in the midst of major changes. New Orleans Mission, a 30,000-square-foot facility that houses 300 men and women struggling with homelessness and addiction, is in the process of being rehabilitated, thanks in part to a $500,000 Affordable Housing . . .
