ANNAPOLIS, Md., Jan. 19 -- The Chesapeake Bay Foundation issued the following statement by President William C. Dudley on Nominee Pruitt's testimony concerning Chesapeake Bay restoration:
In answer to questioning from Senator Ben Cardin, Pruitt applauded the cooperative federal/state partnership and said he would enforce the Total Maximum Daily Load pollution limits if necessary.
