MILWAUKEE, Jan. 18 -- The Equal Employment Opportunity Commission issued the following news release:
Walmart violated federal law when it failed to accommodate and fired a longtime employee because of her disability, the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) charged in a lawsuit filed today.
