Cohen Reacts to Presidential Commutation of Non-Violent Memphian's Unjustly Long Prison Sentence

MEMPHIS, Tenn., Dec. 18 -- Rep. Steve Cohen, D-Tenn. (9th CD), has issued the following news release:
