WASHINGTON, Dec. 18 -- Rep. Jim Costa, D-Calif. (16th CD), issued the following news release:
Congressmen Jim Costa (D-CA) and Ted Poe (R-TX), along with U.S. Senators Pat Toomey (R-PA) and Chuck Schumer (D-NY) issued the following statement regarding enactment of a provision to increase disbursals from the Crime Victims Fund:
"We are pleased that Tuesday night the president signed into law a requirement that a larger share of already-available dollars go to cr . . .
