WASHINGTON, Nov. 17 -- The Environmental Protection Agency issued the following news release:

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) announced today the availability of $1.2 million for Environmental Justice Collaborative Problem-Solving (CPS) Cooperative Agreements.
