Today, November 16th, at 9 a.m. MT/ 11 a.m. ET, U.S. Senator Martin Heinrich (D-N.M.) and a bipartisan group of colleagues will stand with survivors and advocates to re-introduce the Military Justice Improvement Act. In recent months, scandal after scandal has shown, despite years of efforts and small reforms, how pervasive sexual assault and harassment remain in the military.
