UTICA, N.Y., Nov. 17 -- Mohawk Valley Community College issued the following news release:
Mohawk Valley Community College alumna Meghan Carpenter, now a student at Excelsior College, was awarded the Phi Theta Kappa scholarship, which is given to students who have achieved high academic success after transferring from a partner community college to obtain their bachelor's degree.
