John H. Durham, United States Attorney for the District of Connecticut, today announced that on November 14, MARK BERLIN, 64, of Boca Raton, Florida, was sentenced by U.S. District Judge Stefan R. Underhill in Bridgeport to 36 months of imprisonment, followed by three years of supervised release, for defrauding three restaurant groups of millions . . .
