BUFFALO, N.Y., Nov. 17 -- The State University of New York's Buffalo campus issued the following news release:
On Nov. 9, the University at Buffalo School of Management posthumously honored Mark J. Czarnecki, BS '77, former president and chief operating officer of M&T Bank, as the 2017 Buffalo Niagara Executive of the Year.
Czarnecki, who also served as vice chairman of the UB Council, died in February. His sons, Christopher and Gregory Czarnecki, accepted the award . . .
