WASHINGTON, Nov. 16 -- The office of Sen. Lamar Alexander, R-Tenn., issued the following statement after the Senate passed the fiscal 2018 National Defense Authorization Act conference report:
"We owe our service men and women in uniform a debt of gratitude, and the defense bill helps ensure they receive the support and resources they need.
