Sen. McCain: Russia Moving Closer to Designating International Media Outlets As Foreign Agents

WASHINGTON, Nov. 17 -- The office of Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee, issued the following statement on the Russian Lower House of Parliament's unanimous approval of a bill allowing the government to register international media outlets as foreign agents:
