CHARLOTTE, N.C., Oct. 18 -- Rep. Robert Pittenger, R-N.C., issued the following news release:
Today, Blue Cross and Blue Shield of North Carolina announced Obamacare premiums will rise 14 percent in 2018, blaming President Trump's decision to end certain insurance bailouts for the increase.
"Does anybody really believe that?" asked Congressman Robert Pittenger (NC-09). "Blue Cross has raised Obamacare premiums every year, totaling 176 percent since 2013. . . .
