WASHINGTON, Aug. 17 -- The U.S. Department of Transportation's Maritime Administration issued the following news release:
Secretary Elaine L. Chao has sworn in Rear Adm. Mark H. Buzby, USN, Ret. as the Administrator of the Maritime Administration.
