LOS ANGELES, Aug. 16 -- The California Association of Realtors issued the following news release:
Despite tight supply constraints and worsened affordability, California's housing market remained solid in July as it experienced gains year-over-year in both sales and price, the CALIFORNIA ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS (R) (C.A.R.) said today.
Closed escrow sales of existing, single-family detached homes in California remained above the 400,000 benchmark for the 16th consecuti . . .
