KANSAS CITY, Mo., Aug. 16 -- Rep. Emanuel Cleaver, D-Mo., issued the following statement upon watching President Trump's press conference comments on Charlottesville:
"Lordy, lordy. I now believe that the President's natural inclination is to make matters worse.
