WASHINGTON, Aug. 15 -- Rep. Joseph Crowley, D-N.Y., House Democratic Caucus Chairman, issued the following statement after the Congressional Budget Office confirmed that insurance premiums could increase by 20 percent and that Americans living in rural communities could lose access to affordable care if President Trump follows through with threats to cut off funding for cost sharing reduction payments, which were established by law:
