FORT WORTH, Texas, Aug. 16 -- The Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association issued the following news release:
Texas and Southwestern Cattle Raisers Association (TSCRA) Special Rangers have noticed a troubling increase in a scam that targets ranchers and agriculture producers.
