Consumer Finance Grows by 7 Percent in June

LONDON, Aug. 16 -- The Finance and Leasing Association issued the following news release:
New figures released today by the Finance & Leasing Association (FLA) show growth of 7 percent in consumer finance new business in June, compared with the same month last year, and growth of 4 percent in the second quarter of 2017 overall.
Credit card and personal loan new business together grew by 10 percent compared with June 2016, while retail store and online credit new bus . . .
