WASHINGTON, July 14 -- Sen. Benjamin Cardin, D-Md., issued the following news release:

U.S. Senators Ben Cardin (D-MD), Amy Klobuchar (D-MN), Dick Durbin (D-IL), Jack Reed (D-RI), and senators have introduced legislation to prevent the creation of a cybersecurity unit with Russia.
