WASHINGTON, June 26 -- Rep. Alma S. Adams, D-N.C., issued the following statement:
"The Congressional Budget Office score confirms our worse fear - the Republican measure will cost lives.
"The thirty-nine percent of American children who rely on Medicaid will immediately lose their healthcare coverage and by 2026 another 22 million Americans will be without coverage."
