WASHINGTON, May 25 -- Sen. Richard J. Durbin, D-Ill., issued the following statement, which was published in the Congressional Record on May 23, on the Russia investigation:
Mr. President, on a separate note, it has been more than 5 months since the intelligence agencies in the United States reached a solid consensus on a critical issue.
