LONDON, March 28 -- SOAS, University of London issued the following news:
SOAS University of London's Centre for International Studies and Diplomacy has been awarded GBP78,500 for a project which proposes the adoption of an international legally binding agreement for general and complete disarmament.
SCRAP (Strategic Concept for the Removal of Arms and Proliferation) is led by CISD Director Dr Dan Plesch and is supported by the efforts of students, staff and alumni. . . .
