Patients Association Responds to Latest Research on STPs

LONDON, Feb. 22 -- The Patients Association issued the following statement by Chief Executive Katherine Murphy in response to the latest research on Sustainability and Transformation Plans:
"Patients are rightly concerned that NHS England's Sustainability and Transformation Plans (STPs) will result in downgraded local services instead of the step-change transformations that they should be delivering.
