CHICAGO, Dec. 1 -- The Evangelical Lutheran Church of America issued the following joint statement by the Rev. Elizabeth Eaton, presiding bishop of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America, and the Most Rev. Michael B. Curry, presiding bishop and primate of the Episcopal Church, on 2016 World AIDS Day.
