RALEIGH, N.C., Aug. 22 -- The North Carolina Republican Party issued the following statement by Executive Director Dallas Woodhouse in response to a federal judge issuing a temporary block on allowing boys to enter bathrooms, locker rooms, and showers with girls at school:
