UTA Study Examines Academic Experiences of Latino Students at HBCUs

ARLINGTON, Texas, May 26 -- The University of Texas's Arlington campus issued the following news release:

A new University of Texas at Arlington study reveals that Latino students experience academic and interpersonal validation from a variety of on- and off-campus individuals while enrolled in Historically Black Colleges and Universities.

But the study also shows there may be times when Latino students do not feel validated by the HBCU context, which can cause them . . .
