WASHINGTON, Feb. 4 -- Rep. Eliot L. Engel, ranking member of the House Foreign Affairs Committee, issued the following statement regarding reports of a letter from the State Department Inspector General revealing that classified material was sent to the personal email account of Secretary Colin Powell and to the personal email accounts of Secretary Condoleezza Rice's senior staff:
