CLEVELAND, July 2 -- The U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Ohio issued the following news release:
Steven M. Dettelbach, United States Attorney for the Northern District of Ohio, announced today that a federal grand jury returned indictments charging two people with possession of contraband in prison.
One indictment charges that on or about August 7, 2012, while an inmate in Federal Correctional Institute Elkton, Jason D. Melton, age 32, possessed marijuana . . .
