EUGENE, Ore., July 3 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of Oregon issued the following news release:
On January 8, 2013, Tamara Diane Brown, 41, of Eugene, Oregon, pleaded guilty to one count of mail fraud in U.S. District Court in Eugene, admitting her involvement in a scheme to sell illegally obtained cellphones through the internet. Today she was sentenced to 21 months in federal prison and ordered to pay restitution to the victim.
