BILLINGS, Mont., July 1 -- The U.S. Attorney for the District of Montana issued the following news release:
The United States Attorney's Office announced that during a federal court session in Billings, on June 28, 2013, before U.S. Magistrate Judge Carolyn S. Ostby, the following individual was arraigned:
BLAYNE KYLE BRADY, a 22-year-old resident of Lame Deer, appeared on a charge of assault resulting in serious bodily injury. He is currently detained. If convicted . . .
