RANDOLPH AIR FORCE BASE, Texas, Jan. 19 -- The U.S. Air Force Air Education and Training Command issued the following news release:
The commander of Air Education and Training Command, Gen. Edward A. Rice Jr., announced Wichita Falls, Texas, as the winner of this year's Altus Trophy for outstanding community support.
