WASHINGTON, Jan. 18 -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security's U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement issued the following news release:
A human smuggling ring was underway in Austin, Texas. The victims were illegal aliens, taken from their home country without their consent.
