Sgt. Maj. of the Army, Raymond F. Chandler III visited U.S. Army South Headquarters, conducted a town hall meeting with more than 300 enlisted Soldiers at Blesse Auditorium, and spoke about possible upcoming policy changes here Jan. 6.
