WASHINGTON, March 9 -- The Federal Communications Commission issued the following public notice:
Twenty projects to support mobile access to the Internet in order to improve educational opportunities for students or to help library patrons find and apply for jobs have been chosen to participate in the Federal Communications Commission's E-rate Deployed Ubiquitously (EDU) 2011 Pilot Program.
