LINCOLN, Neb., March 9 -- Southeast Community College issued the following news release:
Erin Caudill, an instructor in Southeast Community College's Food Service/Hospitality program (http://www.southeast.edu/programs/Food/default.aspx), has been selected as the Area 2 Outstanding Dietetic Educator representing a dietetic technician program.
Area 2 is comprised of Nebraska, Iowa, South Dakota, North Dakota, Missouri, Michigan, Minnesota, and Wisconsin.
