NEW DELHI, March 9 -- India's Ministry of External Affairs issued the following news release:
An Agreement was signed today 9th March of 2011 in the Ministry of External Affairs, South Block, New Delhi for awarding the work related to construction of 150 bed hospital at Dickoya near Hatton in the Central Province of Sri Lanka.
