RICHMOND, Va., Oct. 13 -- The Virginia Attorney General issued the following news release:
Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli announced today that he will investigate mortgage foreclosure practices in Virginia, after the recent revelations that some mortgage lenders may be engaged in improperly submitting documents or in submitting fraudulent documents during the foreclosure process.
