HOBBS, N.M., Sept. 1 -- The New Mexico Department of Public Safety issued the following news release:

Agents from the New Mexico State Police Investigations Bureau arrested 59 year old Danny Surratt of Hobbs on September 1, 2010.

Surratt was arrested and charged with 1 count of Criminal Sexual Penetration of a Minor, a 1st degree felony, 2 counts of Criminal Sexual Penetration of a Minor, a 2nd degree felony, 1 count of Criminal Sexual Contact of a Minor, a 2nd degr . . .
