ALBUQUERQUE, N.M., Sept. 1 -- Bernalillo County issued the following news release:
Katrina C. Hotrum, long-time State of New Mexico Department of Health official has been named as Bernalillo County's new Substance Abuse Program Director. She will begin her employment on September 27, 2010.
