EAU CLAIRE, Wis., May 20 -- The University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire issued the following news release:
Dr. Jerry Young, professor of music at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, has been chosen to receive the first Clifford Bevan Award for Meritorious Work in Low Brass Scholarship from the International Tuba-Euphonium Association. He will be honored at the ITEA conference May 24 at the University of Arizona in Tucson.
