SIDNEY, Neb., May 20 -- Western Nebraska Community College issued the following news release:

Nine Sidney-area practical nursing students were among the Western Nebraska Community College graduates who received their practical nursing diplomas this past weekend at Cougar Palace in Scottsbluff.
