RANDALLSTOWN, Md., May 19 -- Baltimore County issued the following news release:
At the Randallstown Plaza on Offutt Road, Baltimore County Executive Jim Smith announced the official start of construction on the new Liberty Center, a 39,000 sq. ft. complex that will add educational and workforce development opportunities in the Randallstown area.
