DICKINSON, N.D., May 20 -- Dickinson State University issued the following news release:
"This celebration is not by accident," said Marty Odermann-Gardner to those assembled at the Kelly Inn in Bismarck on Tuesday, May 18. "Our celebration today is what education is all about...graduation."
