BUTLER, Pa., May 20 -- Butler County Community College issued the following news release:
Butler County Community College received its first quarter payment of $1.23 million from the County of Butler (the College's local sponsor) this morning. The payment was due to BC3 on March 31, but was being withheld by the Butler County Controller.
