Steven A. Leibo, Ph.D., professor of International History and Politics at The Sage Colleges and District Manager of Upstate New York and Vermont The Climate Project was invited to speak at the NYS Senate's roundtable discussion at the New York State Capitol in Albany on Monday, May 17, 2010.
